How do payments work?
We take 50% upfront and the rest on delivery. We only accept Robux for now. USD and crypto payments are coming soon.
How many revisions do I get?
Amateur includes 2, Professional includes 3, and Expert is unlimited within the original scope. Extra rounds at the lower levels are billed at 10% of your budget.
What does rush delivery change?
Your order jumps the queue and is delivered in about half the usual time. It needs about 30% more budget and depends on availability, so we confirm it in your quote.
Who owns the final work?
You do. Once the order is paid, you can use it in your game, your group and your marketing. We may show it in this portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Can you work on a game that is already live?
Yes. We add systems and content to existing games, and we can work in Team Create or from a place file you send.
What if I am not happy with the result?
Tell us what is off and we revise it. If we cannot get there, we refund the part of the work not delivered.
